Lifer Support
Need help with Lifer? Send a support request below. We aim to acknowledge support requests within 5 business days.
Send a support request
For app questions, account help, bug reports, safety reports, or subscription support, use this form. Please include the device you are using, whether you are on iOS or Android, the app version if you know it, and a short description of what happened.
Common support topics
Account access
If you cannot sign in, mention which sign-in method you used: email, Google, or Sign in with Apple. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.
Account deletion
You can start account deletion inside the app from Settings → Account → Account settings → Delete account. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Lifer Pro subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Support can help investigate entitlement issues, but refunds are processed by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Camera Catch limits
Free members can add one successful Camera Catch each day and receive a limited number of photo-analysis attempts. Lifer Pro includes unlimited Camera Catch for normal personal birding use. Fair-use safeguards may temporarily limit automated, bulk, shared-account, abusive, or unusually intensive use so the service remains reliable for everyone.
Bug reports
For detection, camera, audio, map, Bird Walk, or Cloud Vault issues, include what you were trying to do and the approximate time the issue happened.
Safety, moderation, and reports
Use the in-app report control where one is available. You can also select "Content report or appeal" above for inappropriate or illegal content, abusive behaviour, privacy concerns, unsafe Nest locations, wildlife disturbance, or other safety issues. Include the profile, Nest, catch, photo, comment, or post involved; why you believe it is a problem; and a screenshot if useful. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
Appeal a moderation decision
If your content was rejected, hidden or removed, or your account was restricted, you can ask us to review the decision. Select "Content report or appeal", identify the content or account, explain why you believe the decision should change, and include any supporting information. A person will review the request. We may preserve limited records while an appeal, safety report, legal request, or abuse investigation is open.
Immediate danger
Lifer support is not an emergency service. If a person or animal is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service, police, land manager, or wildlife authority first.
Privacy and legal
For privacy rights requests, data questions, or removal of waitlist data, use the support form and select "Privacy or data".
